2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and contributors.

PalletLocator provides an informational directory and search platform intended to help users locate pallet suppliers and related businesses. PalletLocator does not:

• verify listings,
• guarantee accuracy, availability, pricing, or legitimacy,
• act as an intermediary, broker, or agent,
• participate in or oversee any transaction between users and listed businesses.

All interactions and transactions occur strictly at the user’s own risk.

4. User Content and Listings

Users may submit or upload information (“User Content”), including business listings. You represent and warrant that:

• you have the legal right to submit the content,
• the content is accurate to the best of your knowledge,
• the content does not violate any law or third-party rights.

ELIORA ApS does not guarantee correctness of User Content and assumes no responsibility for it. We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to remove, edit, or disable any content at our sole discretion and without notice.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
• scrape, crawl, or harvest data without written permission;
• interfere with site security or functionality;
• use the Site for unlawful or abusive purposes;
• infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.

Violation may result in immediate suspension or permanent blocking without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All Site content, structure, design, databases, and software (excluding User Content) are the property of ELIORA ApS or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Site solely for its intended purpose. • availability of services or businesses,
• fitness for a particular purpose,
• non-infringement,
• uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law: ELIORA ApS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business, or reputation, arising out of or related to:

• use of or reliance on the Site,
• User Content,
• third-party interactions or transactions.

ELIORA ApS’s total liability, if any, shall be limited to EUR 100, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ELIORA ApS from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: your use of the Site, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party rights.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. ELIORA ApS does not control and assumes no responsibility for third-party content, policies, or practices. Access is at your own risk.

11. Modification of the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the Site. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
